Hi JS,

Armin, I too only get a black screen after connecting! And I'm using TightVNC on XP... I've been using TightVNC for years and it works fine with VNSea on my iPod (no problem connecting), but I expect TouchPadPro to have a better interface and response time. Any idea on what might be the problem here???

hi guys,
first, id like to thank the guy who create this amazing app. ive installed it on my itouch and it worked well for about 1min...
now, when i connect on the server i created on my itouch, my pc screen becomes blank, but i cannot control it with the ipod. nor can i type letters in search box. however, on my ipod, i have the different controls (keypad, shift, ctrl, remote..) buy i cannot use them on the pc. any help would be deeply appreciated!

I had the port connection problem as well. And since I'm using a work computer, I wasn't able to change all the firewall settings. However, follow these steps, and everything should work.

Click on-->Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet connections, Windows Firewall;

Then click on the Exceptions tab on the top; click Add Port, then name it VNC and port 5900. Click OK, and try to reconnect through your phone. Everything should be working.

sorry, i've never seen that error and so i have no idea what it is. you might want to try searching for that error thru google, since it's a VNC error, not a touchpad pro error.

Hey whats going guys! Well, so far I am very impressed with what this supposedly can do, but when I get the app running (Mac OS 10.4.x) and I set it up the right way (according to your directions) it won't connect. I Get the following error [ARDAuth Warning unknown]. I did all your help sites and nothing. There is also some other settings with-in your program, should i be adjusting those accordingly as well?
