Yes, Vine Server 3.0 supports only single displays. However, I believe they are currently working on adding multi-display support. Like you said, Screen Sharing does support this, but it's a bit slower (and not as good as Vine Server in other respects too) -- but it is an option for if you really need to see your second monitor.

It seems that VineServer doesn't support multiple monitors or something... I can only control my right monitor :-( and ScreenSharing is just too slow.

Vine Server looks better than Leopard Screen Sharing when you connect with Hi-Def mode -- which is optimized for better looks.

Vine Server is faster than Leopard Screen Sharing when you connect with On mode -- which is optimized for faster speed.

Thus, Vine Server is recommended, as it gives higher picture quality or faster speed depending on what your requirement is.

When comparing the picture quality, Screen Sharing (Leopard) is much better than Vine Server. Vine Server does seem to be a little bit faster, but I'll have to do another comparison to confirm.
